Code of Conduct 
Vector  delivers value to our customers by believing in our employees and trusting their ability to grow Vector’s business into tomorrow. Vector’s objective is to have employees with a strong sense of ownership and assume responsibility for the organisation’s performance.
Our company and employees will act responsibly and our Code of Conduct will motivate and guide our actions as individuals and as a company.

Business Principles

Vector’s customers and other stakeholders must view Vector as a reliable and honest company that honors its commitments. Vector strives to achieve long-term business relations as a basis for generating value to our customers and shareholders, and to secure workplaces conducive to development.

Laws, regulations and international conventionsVector will act within the framework of laws and international conventions. We will respect and comply with competition rules, environmental legislation, labor market laws, agreements and safety requirements and other provisions that set the parameters for our operations.
AgreementsVector will display honesty and openness in its dealings with business partners. We live up to the commitments we have made. Established agreements apply.

Competition issues and conflicts of interestVector will compete in a fair and justifiable manner within the framework of the antitrust and competition rules in the markets in which Vector operates. This applies in relation to competitors as well as to customers and suppliers. Vector employees are obligated to inform their immediate superior of any business activity that the employee conducts outside the Vector. Employees are not permitted to work or participate indirectly in business activities for an organization that competes/engages in business with Vector.

Vector employees are not permitted to engage in activities that could lead to conflicts of interest or to exploit relations with business partners for personal gain. This includes providing or accepting personal gifts or services of a value exceeding a specified level, or participating in ‘free of charge’ activities beyond normal business requirements. It also includes requesting or providing any form of promise connected to the acceptance of gifts.

Human rights and working principles

Vector supports and respects international conventions concerning human rights. Vector promotes diversity and equality. Equal treatment and equal opportunities must apply to everyone regardless of ethnic or national origin, skin colour, gender, sexual orientation, religion, political opinion, nationality or social origin.  Vector does not accept any form of threat of punishment, discrimination in employment opportunities or work, bullying at the workplace, sexual or other harassment, forced labour or other types of involuntary work.
The operations in which Vector is involved shall be characterized by a safe, healthy and hygienic work environment.

Responsibility of the company and its employees

Compliance with the contents of the Code of Conduct is followed up continuously as a natural part of ongoing operations. Repeated and serious breaches of the Code of Conduct will result in corrective action.
